Iconma,-Llc. is seeking an Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler) in San Diego to repair, fabricate, and modify transformers, power supplies, and magnetic assemblies. You will work hands-on with precision soldering and reading blueprints in a depot-style setting to support mission-critical defense systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or technical/vocational training.
• 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of hand-soldering experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• J-STD-001 Solder Certification is a bonus qualification.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environments is aPlus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and rework electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform hand soldering to industry and company standards.
• Route, connect, and secure electrical and mechanical components.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

As an Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler), you'll repair, fabricate, and modify transformers, power supplies, and magnetic assemblies while working alongside experts in a collaborative depot environment. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys precision assembly, soldering, troubleshooting, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble, repair, and rework electro‑mechanical components and assemblies

What We’re Looking For
