Express Employment in Fort Collins, CO seeks an Electrical Assembly candidate for a second shift. Pay is $21-22 per hour plus a 10% shift differential. Schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM.

This position is an evaluation hire with benefits including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance. The role involves operating selective or wave soldering machines, setting up and monitoring equipment, and inspecting assemblies to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating selective soldering or wave soldering machines preferred.
• Previous electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate selective soldering and wave soldering machines to support circuit board production.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect completed assemblies and identify any soldering defects or quality concerns.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards throughout production.
• Complete production documentation and communicate any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
