Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is assisting our manufacturing client in Fort Atkinson, WI to fill Assemblers on 1st shift. You will read job orders and schematics to assemble cables and electrical components using hand tools and air tools to build harness systems with high attention to detail.

The role offers temporary status with the opportunity for permanent hire. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience with wire harness assembly and reading schematics; training will be provided on

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Cut and assemble cable using crimping and wiring striping tools.
• Build complex cable and harness systems per schematics and work orders.
• Wrap and tie wires at designated points.

Spherion is assisting our manufacturing client in their search for Assemblers to join their 1st shift teams!
The Assemblers will be responsible for reading through job orders and schematics to assemble cables
and electrical components utilizing hand tools and air tools to build harness system assemblies. Very
high attention to detail!
Highlights:

• Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire
• Located in Fort Atkinson, WI

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree required
• Ability to accurately use measuring and hand tools
• Basic math skills
• Wire Harness Assembly Experience
