Aerotek is hiring an Assembler for a contract-to-hire role in Utica, NY. You’ll assemble packaging and building products, use hand and power tools, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced, safety‑driven facility.

Qualifications

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Able to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift.
• General labor, warehouse, construction, or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Work Environment

You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility producing packaging and building products. Team members operate production equipment, assemble products, and help maintain a safe, efficient workplace. Steel-toe boots are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
