Aerotek is hiring Electronic & Mechanical Assemblers for an innovative clean energy project in Everett, WA. This contract role offers 1st or 2nd shift options and pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.40 per hour.

No advanced technical experience is required; training and growth opportunities are provided in a modern manufacturing setting with safety and quality as top priorities. The role focuses on assembling mechanical and electronic components, wiring, measuring, and quality inspections.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on role.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, or drawings.

• Perform wiring, crimping, cable assembly, and electronic assembly tasks.

• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards.

• Safely operate tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow production processes and detailed work instructions.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly experience, but we're also interested in hardworking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. If you've worked with tools, enjoy building things, like working with your hands, or have experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, warehouse, or other hands-on environments, we'd encourage you to apply.

No advanced technical experience required. We're looking for reliable team players who are eager to learn and grow.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand and power tools

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on role
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, or drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
