Aerotek is hiring for an Assembler / Crater Production Packer in Blaine, MN. The role focuses on building crates, protective packaging, and assembling equipment using hand and power tools.

You will read blueprints, prepare shipments, and inspect finished work to ensure quality in a climate-controlled environment. The position offers a four-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with occasional overtime on Fridays, plus a competitive benefits package and PTO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
