Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Advanced Industrial Engineer to lead a large-scale ASRS initiative for automated material handling. You will oversee planning, execution, and communication across cross-functional teams for a successful implementation. The initial project lasts about two years with potential expansion into additional automation efforts.

The role requires strong ASRS knowledge, robotics, automation, and logistics experience, plus excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred Mechatronics).
• 5+ years of experience in Tier 1 automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
• 4+ years of experience with automated material handling.
