CBRE is seeking a Systems Engineering Analyst to liaison between the automation maintenance team and client operations, focusing on optimizing automated material handling systems and improving reliability across ASRS cranes, AMRs/AGVs, and vision systems.

You will analyze performance data, develop improvements, and support maintenance programs, while collaborating with CBRE technicians and client stakeholders to deliver high-throughput operations and long-term system health.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a related field such as Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Automation, Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience with automated material handling systems, ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, or vision/scan systems is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into improvements.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between CBRE automation technicians and client team, communicating performance, issues, and improvements.
• Analyze performance data for ASRS and autonomous systems to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Support and refine service and reliability programs for autonomous vehicles, monitoring uptime and maintenance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and updated work instructions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of automation issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs for automation assets and prepare summaries for leadership.
