SavATree in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Tree Climber in Training to support our General Tree Care Team in preserving and improving client landscapes outdoors. You will travel to properties, climb, prune, and work with safe and efficient techniques for high-quality tree care.

This physically active role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail as you develop climbing skills and contribute to client service standards.

Qualifications

• Desire to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn tree climbing and pruning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tree care as part of a crew (pruning, removals, cable bracing).
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients with professional standards.
