Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber in Training to join our General Tree Care Team. You’ll work outdoors on client landscapes, performing climbing and pruning duties with safety and efficiency.

In this role you’ll receive extensive training, develop climbing skills, and grow within the arboriculture field. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the U.S. are required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Desire to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn tree climbing, pruning techniques, species identification, safety standards, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Prune, remove trees, and cable brace as part of a crew.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients with professional standards.
