Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Climber I in Florida to join our arborist team. You will perform pruning, cabling, bracing, and removals, and assist with site clearing and debris disposal while following safety protocols.

This entry-level role requires physical stamina, the ability to read instructions, and basic operation of equipment. Training and safety-focused culture are provided, with opportunities to develop skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic tree care and pruning.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to follow rigging and equipment procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• EHAP, First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning and limb removal up to 60 feet.
• Safely access trees and maneuver in canopy per protocol.
• Operate chippers, trucks and blowers safely.
• Use hand tools and PPE correctly to perform tasks.
• Maintain safe work zones and prevent damage.
