Job summary

Juniper is seeking Climbing Arborists to join our Tree Care teams in Naples, FL. You will perform canopy work, pruning, cabling, and bracing while following safety standards and project specifications.

The role requires working with a small crew, coordinating with the Arbor Manager, and maintaining equipment in good condition. The ideal candidate has prior tree climbing experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree climbing and pruning preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and procedures.
• Familiar with tree care equipment and tools.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform canopy work using ropes and equipment.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet project specs.
• Communicate with Arbor Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain safety awareness and procedures at all times.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use.
• Use hand/power tools for tree care tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous job duties as needed.
