Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens internship or 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Store Manager if offered.

Responsabilités

• Supervise customer service associates and store front operations.
• Support Store Manager in achieving store deliverables and coordinating store activities.
• Lead and develop store team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
