Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. We provide a 3 or more weeks leadership training program, mentorship, and support from the Panda community focused on developing your professional and personal growth.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and support the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
