You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to reach financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A leadership training program of 8+ weeks is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
