Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Supports store merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing per direction.
• Assists with inventory management, damages, markdowns, register scanning, and paperwork.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Acts as a role model following company policies and SOPs.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensures safe deposit of store funds and cash control adherence.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Operates store in manager’s absence and reviews operating statements for trends.
