Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing of merchandise.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and inventories.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and security practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked store.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
