Peet’s Coffee in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily Coffeebar operations, drive sales, and coach a passionate team. Qualifications

• 2 years of management or supervisory experience in service, food industry or related field.
• Open availability and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals by driving sales and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create and reinforce Peet’s service model through coaching and effective communication.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee daily Coffeebar operations, including inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
