Responsibilities

• Supervises front-end team and designated hitters; manages store operations and schedules.
• Oversees cash handling, register counts, and banking-related activities.
• Drives inventory management for front-end and pharmacy with periodic resets and price changes.
• Leads training, coaching, and performance management for team members; enforces discipline when needed.
• Partners with Store Manager and District Manager to implement store strategies and improvements.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
