Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, focusing on hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Trainees will undergo a 3+ week leadership program to prepare for success.

You will be part of a large family of associates, with ongoing development and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership and ensure consistent store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
