You will oversee customer service, train and coach staff alongside the Store Leader, implement merchandising programs, handle cash and loyalty promotions, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in cash handling and loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and health procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Develop and coach store staff for retention and performance.
• Support merchandising and marketing initiatives.
