Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required with retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee customer service leadership and coaching across a store team.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing programs to drive store profitability.
• Ability to analyze store reports and use P&L data to effect positive change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, and promote employee productivity.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs within the store.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure stock is in place.
