Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a Store Manager through hands-on experience in retail operations, sales, and customer service. Under a Store Manager mentor, you will lead teams, manage daily tasks, and learn the Belle Tire Way across departments.

You will rotate through training on staffing, inventory, and financials, while traveling to multiple stores and training centers to complete the full program and advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver's license.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related environment.
• Desire to advance into a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve business and customer goals.
• Develop leadership and communication skills that foster trust and accountability.
• Observe and assist in training sessions and team huddles.
• Apply strategic thinking by aligning daily tasks with store goals.
• Learn Belle Tire's 6-Step Sales Process to ensure customer-focused interactions.
• Gain hands-on experience in staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operations.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Promote Belle Tire's culture, values, and customer-first mindset.
