Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, managing front end of the store.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation to achieve company deliverables; assists in scheduling and store activities when needed.
• Leads and manages store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
