Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end while supporting the Pharmacy and Retail Store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, merchandising, and store-wide improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Walgreens internship, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours and relocate if needed. Experience in retail or pharmacy operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program required.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and professional ethics.
• Completion of Walgreens leadership or LEAP training or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in English; ability to work flexible schedule and relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members; recruit, hire, and discipline as needed.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations to meet company goals.
• Monitor customer experience and coach staff to improve service metrics.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and daily store controls.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District leadership to drive sales and profitability.
