Job summary

Green Thumb in Dunnellon, FL is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join its store leadership team. You will rotate through core dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while communicating priorities to team members.

The LIT program offers hands-on exposure to operations, experience, and people leadership with a fast track to growth toward an Assistant General Manager role. Must be 21+ and capable of working varied shifts.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with cannabis laws, rules and regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory action items with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, processing payments, discount application, and cash maintenance.
