Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team and develop careers through leadership training and mentorship. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guest experience to achieve financial goals.
