Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a three-week leadership training program, mentorship, and growth opportunities within the Panda family.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in store operations, hire and lead associates, drive financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while benefiting from comprehensive training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Receive 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Help ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
