Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. We offer a 3+ week leadership training program and a supportive Panda community to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in store leadership training and ongoing development.
