Job summary

True North in Ohio seeks a Store Manager who will own the store's performance, operations, and profitability. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and development, while ensuring a fast, friendly, and clean environment in line with True North standards.

As primary liaison to the Zone Manager, you will oversee staffing, inventory, cash controls, safety, and facility maintenance, with accountability for achieving financial and customer service goals across all shift

Qualifications

Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in supervising others.
Experience in customer service or cashier roles.
Ability to lead, train, and coach store staff.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and accountability for store operations and results.
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing store team.
Set clear expectations, goals, and priorities for Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, CSRs, and food service roles.
Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-driven work environment.
Ensure effective staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
