Lowes Foods, LLC seeks a Store Director to lead operations at a Wilmington, NC location. You will drive sales growth, manage merchandising programs, plan weekly themes, and ensure in-stock conditions while maintaining high guest satisfaction and service standards.

You will be accountable for financial results, staffing, training, and compliance with food safety and company policies, building a strong leadership bench for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years progressive supermarket management experience.
• Preference for Store Manager level.

Responsabilités

• Implements in-store sales-building culture to drive growth and execute weekly plans in each department.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, courtesy and service with emphasis on front-end fast service.
• Accountable for achieving budgeted financial results.
• Protects assets: merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment, with weekly audits and shrink management follow-through.
• Controls store variable expenses including wage percent to meet budget.
• Staffing: forecasting, recruitment and training; develop hi-potential and promotable individuals.
• Communicates performance expectations and conducts reviews with direct reports.
• conducts frequent store walks to monitor conditions.
• Trains and develops store management team to ensure sustained growth.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety standards store-wide.
• Fosters positive store morale and selling culture.
• Ensures effective communications to Division Director, Support Staff and store hosts.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and all laws and policies.
• Maintains a safe facility for guests and hosts.
