Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Produce Department Supervisor to oversee guest service, merchandising and daily operations in the Wilmington, NC area. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of product quality and safety, and drive department performance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to manage inventories and staffing. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to contribute to store growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supervise and ensure polite, friendly service from the produce department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profits for the produce department.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies.
• Operate department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
