• Conducts weekly audits, manages shrink, and enforces loss-prevention programs.
• Controls store expenses and optimizes wage costs while meeting staffing needs through forecasting, recruitment, and training.
• Develops hi-potential staff and creates a succession plan for store leadership, including co-managers.
• Provides clear performance expectations, conducts reviews, and delivers feedback.
• Monitors store conditions via frequent walks and maintains sanitation and food safety standards.
• Leads the management team with effective communication to Division Director, support staff, and store hosts.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and all applicable laws and policies.
