Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a dedicated special education teacher to support K-12 students with diverse needs in in-district classrooms or standalone schools.

You will collaborate with school teams and families, develop individualized lesson plans, implement behavior strategies, and maintain IEPs and related documents while helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models to teach and nurture skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during school activities.
