Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is hiring a special education teacher to support K-12 students with diverse needs in our in-district classrooms and standalone schools across California.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from various backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management strategies, including de‑escalation techniques and safety measures.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high‑risk eval forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during transitions within the school.
