Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps with families.
• Collaborate with school teams to offer personalized guidance and implement SESI’s models.
• Deliver SESI’s instructional models and CASE-based PBIS framework.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and evaluations.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise students during transitions within the school.
