Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students with learning, behavioral and social-emotional needs.

You will join in-district classrooms or standalone schools and team with school staff to deliver SESI’s evidence-based instructional models and CASE PBIS framework. You will create individualized lesson plans, manage IEPs/BIPs, and monitor student progress while ensuring safety and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.

• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise students during transitions within the school.
