Responsibilities

• Uncover the light and potential in each student by diagnosing and addressing learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to offer personalized guidance and deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning models and PBIS framework.
• Inspire, empower, and transform with our innovative learning approach and smaller class sizes.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Supervise and monitor students to ensure safety within the school.
