Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a dedicated special education teacher to support K-12 students with diverse needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will implement SESI’s evidence-based learning models, maintain IEPs and behavioral plans, collaborate with families and school teams, and provide a supportive learning environment with smaller class sizes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during movements in the school.
