Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated teachers to support students with diverse needs in a nationwide program.

You will diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps while collaborating with school teams and families to implement SESI’s instructional models and PBIS framework. You’ll develop individualized lesson plans, apply behavior management strategies, and maintain essential student records to track progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps for students.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to guide learning using SESI models.
• Develop individualized lesson plans and manage behavior using PBIS and safety protocols.
• Maintain IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and other student records.
• Track student progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
