Responsibilities

• Uncover the light and potential in each student by diagnosing and addressing learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to offer personalized guidance and deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning and behavioral support models.
• Inspire, empower, and transform with SESI’s innovative learning approach, smaller class sizes, and student support services.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk forms.
• Drive and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within school locations.
