Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. in Bozeman, MT is seeking an motivated entry-level RV Technician to join our service team. You’ll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RV systems under experienced technicians' guidance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on‑the‑job training
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions

• Willingness to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales
• Learn and perform Get Ready and customer orientation
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry)
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts
• Document completed work and assist with service records
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures around power tools and hazardous materials
• Communicate progress or issues to team members and supervisors
• Attend training sessions to stay current on RV systems and service practices
