Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance support to associates.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver customer service.
• Oversee inventory control, shrink prevention, and compliance.
• Assist with staffing levels and recruiting efforts.
