Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. in United States seeks an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, including staffing, customer service, merchandising, and safety.

You will coach associates, drive performance, and ensure execution of company standards to deliver a premier shopping experience. This role requires at least two years in retail management, strong leadership and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
• Assists in the analysis of Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Communicates variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensures scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
