ServiceMaster Restore seeks an entry-level Restoration Technician/Field Service Technician to learn and lead field crews on water and fire mitigation projects for commercial properties. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and developing leadership skills while mentoring junior technicians.

No prior experience required; we provide training, certifications, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment. A flexible FT/PT schedule is available.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical stamina.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites (water/fire/mold) as directed.
• Follow safety standards for materials removal.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers and team members.
• Accurately document work using mobile software and forms.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment with care.
