ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an Entry-Level Restoration Technician/ Field Service Technician/ Construction Laborer to join our team. You will learn to lead field crews on water and fire mitigation projects for commercial properties while delivering hands-on experience and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical stamina.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites including water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed. Tasks include water extraction, content pack-out, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, debris removal, cleanup, detail cleaning, light construction and demolition.
• Adhere to safety standards for materials removal.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Accurately document work, including using mobile software and job tracking systems as well as physical forms.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment with care.
• Maintain organized job sites and a professional company image.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
