heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals passionate about helping children with Autism. We provide paid training to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and support ongoing growth within the ABA team.

Positions are part-time and home and community-based, with a focus on delivering one-on-one ABA services under supervision. Candidates gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
