Autism Health Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our Worcester team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, helping build communication and daily living skills in a compassionate setting.

Autism Health Services (AHS) is growing, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Worcester team.
Whether you already have ABA experience or are interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we want to hear from you.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and young people with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You do not have to be an RBT to apply.
We welcome motivated candidates who are interested in learning ABA and working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
$24.00–$27.00 per hour with active RBT certification
Starting pay is based on relevant experience, education, ABA experience, and active RBT certification.
Experienced BTs and currently certified RBTs may qualify for higher starting rates within the range.
Part‑time opportunities may be available.
Monday–Friday availability is strongly preferred.
Candidates with afternoon availability are encouraged to apply.
