Qualifications

• Current enrollment at the senior level in Radiologic Technology program.
• Temporary Medical Radiographer (RAD.TEMP) or Limited Radiologic Technologist (RAD.LIM) license for work state.
• BLS certification strongly preferred and required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs limited diagnostic radiographic procedures within scope of license; excluding CT, contrast administration, fluoroscopy, or mammography.
• Provides safe, age-specific patient care in a holistic manner.
• Delivers patient education and responds to patient and customer concerns.
• Completes documentation of patient x-ray records and Quality Control processes.
• Engages in value-added activities that support financial performance and customer satisfaction.

American Heart Association BLS certification (preferred; requirement within 3 months)
