Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a casual/prn Radiologic Technologist at Methodist Fremont Hospital in Fremont, NE. The role performs limited diagnostic radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiographer.

The position requires current Radiologic Technology enrollment, temporary/limited licensure, and BLS within 3 months of hire. Shifts vary and weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level enrollment in Radiologic Technology degree program.
• Current temporary or limited license (RAD.TEMP or RAD.LIM) required for work state.
• Current American Heart Association BLS strongly preferred and required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform limited diagnostic radiographic procedures within license scope (not including CT, contrast administration, fluoroscopy, or mammography).
• Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care with a holistic approach.
• Educate patients and respond to concerns from patients and customers.
• Complete documentation of patient x-ray records and Quality Control processes.
• Engage in value-added activities that support financial performance and customer satisfaction.
